Volunteer State

Insanity of the day sets in
It’s a merry-go round that never ends
And it’s never merry
Except for your friends
Who help you when your day begins
Who help you when your day ends
It’s a purple fire truck
Garbage bag raincoats
Friends who help you out when you’re stuck
And yell with you until there is a scratching in your throat
It’s the friends I’ll miss the most
It’s why I’ve stayed this long I suppose

Friend, you will certainly be missed! We'll make the rendezvous with the purple fire truck happen before you go. And I might need to hear "Anthony" one more time as well!

According to The Fray, "sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same." It's not going to be easy on any of us, but I think we all know that you have made the right choice.

So between now and then let's take the advice of the Features and "Blow It Out!"
