Journeys of A Man

That Shiver Down Your Spine, That Tear In Your Eye, That Genuine Smile

If we don’t move
We will die
If there’s no spark
There’s no fire
And if there’s no moon
There’s no rise in the tides

So spin
Around the sun
Come completely undone

Or stay together
Rooted like a tree
But let your branches
Be a place for birds to rest

If I don’t make a change
Then I’ll always be the same
If a man’s home
Is where he lays his head
Then what’s the reason for a soul to move when he is dead

Home is a feeling
An emotion
A love
A devotion
Across the shores
Of thousands of uncharted oceans

So spin
Around the sun
Come completely undone

Or stay together
Rooted like a tree
But let your branches
Be a place for birds to rest
